24 hour reception
When you arrive,l we will give to you the electronic key that opens the main door and your room. This enables you to enter and go out whenever you want, independently.
Uberto and Aurora, the owners, will be present at the moment of your arrival (that needs to be defined by phone before your arrival), at your departure, and in the morning in order to serve the breakfast to you.
However, you will be able to contact us by telephone every time, 24 hours on 24, and, in emergency case, we will be able to arrive in Muà in few minutes.
Check-in
Check in is generally possible after 2pm. However, if you arrive before, and in any case after 8 am, you can leave your luggages until your room will be ready. The check-in will be defined via email at the confirmation moment of your reservation.
Check-out
The room must be left before 11am, but you can leave your luggages until the hour you prefer.
Bancomat and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Luggages can be left beyond the check in and check out hours.
Newspapers will be available in the common open space.

The breakfast
The breakfast is served from 8am to 10am in small tables present in the common space or in your room.
In Muà you can taste:
Fresh homemade products, donuts and typical Bologna biscuits, fresh cheeses, different kind of bread.
Biological milk and yogurts.
High quality coffee.
Juices made by fresh fruits.
