As a Bed & Breakfast, it is a familiar activity that is carried out by using residential houses. As an hotel, Muà offers a professional service and dedicates great attention to the care of every detail in the service.

No, from this point of view Muà is organized as a small Hotel and the customers can enjoy a high level of independence.
Can I enter and exit from Muà at any hour?
During the check-in we give to you an electronic key that opens the main door and your room and allows you to enter and to exit whenever you want.

Muà is an independent home, with a private entrance. The rooms are at the first floor, and you don't need an elevator.

We are in the downtown, near to San Francesco square, one of the most beautiful public squares of the city, in a silent and narrow street that connects via San Felice to via del Pratello. In the former, you will find some of the most fashionable stores of the city, whereas the latter is the paradise of small high quality restaurants, and pubs. Piazza Maggiore is reachable in few minutes by walking and in Piazza Malpigli you will find taxis and the main bus lines to reach every point of the city.
When can I find the owners?
Uberto and Aurora, the owners, will be present at your arrival, previously defined by phone, at your departure, and in the morning during the breakfast. However, you can contact them by phone, in emergency case, 24 hours on 24.
At which time it is possible to check-in?
After hours 2pm. However, in case if you arrive before, always after 8am, you can leave your luggages during the waiting until your rooms will be ready.
At which time we can check-out?
At 11am, but you can leave your luggages until the time you prefer.

At which time the breakfast is served?
The breakfast is served in the tables present in the common space or in the privacy of your room from 8am to 10am.
In what does the breakfast consist?
You will be able to choose between fresh homemade products, donuts and typical Bologna biscuits, fresh cheeses, ham, mortadella, various type of bread. We only choose biological milk and yogurt, and we serve high quality coffee. Fresh juices are also available.

Near to Muà you will find various garages where you can leave the car. Between the others we suggest the parking Grada, in Via Riva Reno, opened until 1am, and garage San Felice. A more economic is the parking Scambio in Via Luigi Tanari, that costs 3 euros for day, and that it is distant less than 2 km from Muà. From there, you will be able to get a taxi or the B shuttle, and you will arrive in less than the 10 minutes.

The first thing to do is to o verify if we have available rooms. At this regard, you can contact us via email, or you can compile the web form or you can contact us by phone for the most urgent questions. Then you have to send to us through email or fax the details of the credit card in view of completing your reservation. In some particular periods of the year and for particular reservations we will ask a deposit. In case of delectations done within 10 days from the arrival date or in case of No Show the deposit will not be withheld or will be debited on the credit card for the amount of the penalty.
